1.BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP

You may not sell, lease or transfer your account to another user. You are responsible for keeping your account information secret. Peepspay will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of improper use or mishandling or any third party disclosure of account access.

6. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

Peepspay at its sole discretion may terminate any Membership without prior notice for
a) violations of the terms and conditions laid forth in this document
b) aiding or abetting the circumvention of this service
c) acting against the interests or defaming Peepspay.com
d) committing unlawful acts against Peepspay.com
e) committing sign up fraud including but not limited to signing up inactive users, robots, and false users. 
f) breaching our anti spam policy
g) account inactivity for 180 days or more
h) submitting copyrighted content and infrining upon the intellectual property of others
i) submitting "fake", "false" or illegible content through the use of robots or otherwise, including but not limited to blog posts or messages.
j) submitting content that is against the community standards of PeepsPay.com

If your account is terminated by Peepspay, your losses will be forfeited and you may not enroll under a new account name. You may cancel your account any time by notifying our support department via the website. You may not sign up at Peepspay.com again.

7. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

Peepspay may verify that information provided by the user is valid and true. PeepsPay may confirm user's identity by requesting copies of identification documents.

8. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND INCENTIVES

Peepspay offers virtual currency for completing offers, participating in surveys, viewing ads, signing up friends and performing various other tasks on the site. The official currency of the site is Peeps Dollars. User receive compensation in Peeps Dollars. Peeps Dollars can be traded for US$ which can be spent on the site or redeemed for Facebook Credit, Itunes Credit, Amazon Certificates, Starbucks Gift Cards, Slots Of Vegas Chips or Skype Credits. PeepsPay Dollars offered for various activities may change at any time without further notice. 9. USER MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Peepspay is an online community where members can achieve membership status by age of account, number of logins and website activity. Status can be achieved by signing up friends, collecting Peeps Dollars and completing offers. Status needs to be maintained over a 365 day period to keep. If user doesn't meet the maintenance requirements, user will be downgraded to a lower status level. User levels will be upgraded after verifying that user meets the terms and conditions laid forth in this document. Users violating the terms and conditions may not be upgraded to a higher level.

10. REGISTERING DOWNLINE FRIENDS

Users are rewarded for having their friends register at PeepsPay.com, such registrations are called “downline friends”. Peepspay will regularly verify that such users are bona fide persons. Peepspay may contact them via email, check their activity including, but not limited to their IP address. Registering downline friends that are inactive, have disposable email addresses, can not be contacted, verified or otherwise may appear to be “fake” to the site administrator will not earn credit for the user. Offering incentives for Peepspay signups is strictly prohibited. Users with unusual number of suspicious downline users will be terminated and may have their earnings forfeited.

11. UNSOLICITED EMAIL OR SPAM

Users are not allowed to sign-up downline friends by utilizing unsoliciated commercial email also known as “spam.” All email must be CAN-SPAM compliant. Peepspay.com has zero tolerance for spam. Any user accused of spamming by other users, email providers, ISPs or other third party vendors or supplier, that user will immediately be terminated and his earnings will be forfeited.

12. UNAUTHORIZED MARKETING METHODS

Users may only use the marketing materials provided by Peepspay.com The use of any unauthorized marketing methods will lead to the immediate termination of the offending user's account.

13. ANSWERING SURVEYS

User may collect P$ by answering surveys. Each survey can only be filled out once. In each case user must test a website and finish the appropriate registration, test purchase or offer completion of such website by clicking on Evaluate Site button. All sites require registration and confirmation of registration via email.
